SunGATE is located approximately 50km north of Brisbane 50km
south of Maroochydore and 5kms north of Caboolture's Central
Business District (CBD) . It is located in a prominent position at the
corner of the Bruce Highway and Pumicestone Road "off-ramp" and
enjoys a high level of exposure to passing motorists on the Bruce Highway.
The site has aptly been named SunGATE as it represents
the gateway to the Sunshine Coast.

It is envisaged that once complete SunGATE will represent a high
quality business park that takes advantage of its unprecedented
access to the Bruce Highway as well as provided essential services
to the ever growing region.

Caboolture District is in need for high quality space to fulfil a current
demand and SunGATE will help fulfil this demand. The District has
recognised a need to create more opportunities for its own residents
to work within the region. Currently 54% of residents travel outside the
district for work. The following is an economic snapshot of the region
