The SunGATE Masterplan was lodged with Moreton Bay
Regional Council in February 2008. An information request was issued by Council in June 2008 and the applicant is currently responding to these requests. It is anticipated that the application will be on Public Notification throughout September / October.

The proposed development application seeks a preliminary approval from Council to support the SunGATE Precinct Plan.
The application also seeks to subdivide the block into 8
Master Plan Lots each gaining access from the proposed SunGATE Drive.
